'Keeper of The Bay'
In February 2004, 23 Chinese Cockle Pickers lost their lives out in Morecambe Bay.
The Bay is known to locals for its fast moving tides and quicksands.
'Keeper of The Bay' keeps a vigil for them and all others who have been lost.
